Dell’s 23-inch 1080p LCD monitor
With all the super hectic movie chaos that is taking place these days, one’s monitor can never be enormous enough to feed to our flaming desires for in-house movie screenings. Well if that’s the case, I’m sure reading the news about this huge 23-inch LCD monitor will make a lot of people a lot happier. As the title suggests, Dell now presents you with its 23-inch S2309W 1080p LCD monitor, hot from the oven!
Operating at its fabulous 1080p resolution, this 23-inch LCD monitor will definitely be a great tool for indoor cinematic purposes (on your desk). Since most HD movies are encoded at 1080p resolution, it’s nice to have a monitor that fits exactly to the size of the source material. This is something that any movie freak would truly enjoy.
Apart from the 1920 x 1080 resolution, this monitor offers 300 cd/m2 brightness, up to 1000:1 contrast ratio and supports 24-bit (16.7 million colors). As of the moment, it is still chain-locked to the Canadian market, but judging from the looks of it, it won’t be long before this monitor reaches other regions. The official pricing has not yet been released; so for those of you who’re interested in this item, I suggest you start saving up some dollars!

I signed up for the Gadgetell email feed yesterday, and today received the first one. Why on earth do you have sixth graders writing your copy!?!?! The quality of the style, grammar, spelling and syntax in this first email may be sufficient grounds for me to cancel this service. I love technology, and I love to read about it. I dislike having to read something that is… essentially, unreadable.

Thank you for subscribing to our RSS feed.
I would like to thank you for your constructive criticisms.
Regarding my style of writing, you ought to understand that this is a blog, and not a news portal, hence, it may be slightly informal. Such a case is however inevitable since Gadgetell writing team consists of geographically dispersed people who have different styles in writing which may not satisfy each and every reader’s preference.
Nonetheless, I assure you that you will encounter much more different styles of posting throughout your subscription which may satisfy your daily indulgence in tech stories.
As for my grammar and spelling quality, I feel sorry that they are not good enough for you. If it doesn’t bother you, could you please kindly point out any grammar or spelling mistakes I made in the above post? That would be great so that I will not repeat it in my future posts. After all, learning process is continuous and one can never please everyone, and that includes me.
I appreciate your constructive criticisms and I will definitely strive to improve further. Thank you for your diligent comments and thoughts.
Once again, welcome to Gadgetell and I hope you will have a better and more pleasant experience in the future.

Mr. Hung.
I apologize if my critique came across as harsh. I had just read the review on the Dell monitor and I should have waited thirty minutes before hitting the “Send” button… which is my policy with correspondence of this order. I was contacted by Mr. Iyaz Akhtar, inquiring as to my issues. I have sent him a thorough, constructive critique of your piece. I do hope that it makes it’s way to you… and that you find it useful.
Again my apologies for not being a bit more gentle in my comment.
Regards: Jeff
