Color my PEBL

Motorola PEBL in color

Following in the footsteps of the RAZR, Motorola’s PEBL will soon be available in four additional colors.  The company has announced that green, orange, teal, and pink versions will be available in the second quarter of 2006.  At this time, there are no changes in specs or features.  Wouldn’t it have been easier, and possibly more lucrative for them to sell replacement casing for the phone instead of adding more colors to the line?  Then they could squeeze more money out of the people that have already purchased the black PEBL.  That’s just an idea… no offense intended Motorola… we still love you.
