CinemaNow, uVumobile offering direct to mobile phone movie previews, purchases

Here’s a cool service that shows how the union of mobile technology and entertainment industries can bring benefit to each other and ultimately to consumers. CinemaNow, and uVuMobile are making this possible with a new service that lets consumers preview movies on their mobile phones and then remotely download them to an internet connected device at home. I don’t know about you, but having this feature on my mobile phone is my idea of cool.
With the new service, users will be able to preview high-quality movie trailers before purchasing them from CinemaNow, which is currently boasting some 10,000 movies, TV shows, and music videos. So, even if you are out buying something at the grocery store, you can always pause for awhile and check out mobile.cinemanow.com on your mobile phone to check out some good movie titles. But making it more exciting is the fact that this new CinemaNow service also lets you order that content right after previewing it on your phone. Once purchased the movies will begin to download to your internet connected media device at home.
Wouldn’t it be nice to arrive home with some new content waiting for you on your PC, digital TV, portable media player, set-top boxes or network attached storage? Well, you have to thank CinemaNow and uVuMobile for giving you that. Just make sure you have stocked up on popcorn and sodas as nothing beats a good old movie-watching experience without these old-time favorite snacks. Enjoy!

Hmmm there is such a thing as spending too much time with your mobile. Admittedly this is a useful service but you have to decide where you draw the line and it can’t be far off. If not you’ll spend more time on the mobile than off it.
