CES 2008 Press Conference: Sony

Like always Sony has made us trek all the way over to the convention center for their press conference. We are expecting, besides the regular announcements (LCD TVs, OLED displays, cameras, new computers, new Blu-ray players), a new and improved Mylo 2.     So.. Where is the big anouncement they were going to make?  Is it the 27” OLED?  That does not sound so big.

    What about the PS3?  Any big news?

    On BluRay, why is it that the poorest technology always seems to win… Look at Beta vs VHS.  BluRay only had a slight edge on capacity and even that is now gone with the triple layer.  Oh well, we will see what happens over the next year…
