Casio joins the fight against Breast Cancer

A few weeks ago, ATP had started making pink products for a Breast Cancer charity, and now, Casio is starting to make pink cameras for Breast Cancer awareness. This camera is going to be sold as special-edition package featuring a pink EX-Z75 camera, a case sporting the pink ribbon, and a pink ribbon-clad lanyard.
Now to the technical aspect of the camera. Basically, a 7.2-megapixel, boasts a 2.6-inch wide LCD display, and Anti-Shake technology for reducing blurriness in pictures. An interesting aspect of this camera is the “eBay mode”, basically this means that it can take pictures with the preferable size for selling items on eBay.
Additionally, Bill Heuer, Vice President of Casio’s Digital Imaging Division, had this to say about the new pink EX-Z75:
“We are proud to be a sponsor of the National Breast Cancer Foundation,” “we hope that by purchasing the EX-Z75 in honor of breast cancer patients and survivors, users will capture every valuable moment with their friends and family.”
The camera is going to go on sale sometime this month for the reasonable price of 180 dollars.

Palm Pre Information & Updates
Palm just introduced their next-gen smartphone, the Palm Pre, and next-gen operating system, Palm webOS. Gadgetell's got the latest Pre and webOS information and news for you right here.

I want to know if purchasing the camera will benefit breast cancer research. I am a survivor of Inflammatory Breast Cancer and would like to see more research dollars go toward IBC, which accounts for approximately 2% of the breast cancers and 25% of the breast cancer deaths. Help research our breast cancer and save lives.
