The minifigs are custom made with LEGO parts themselves and BrickArms just serves as supplier of accessories - an arms dealer, if you will - and offers custom-built weapons of mass destruction for your murderous and sadistic pleasure. I believe they ship to almost any country (as long as it’s on the map!) in the world, and they also give away free weapons with every order.
