EverNoteIf you are as addicted to Post-Its as I am, EverNote beats the other software options out there. Outlook, Google Desktop, and Post-It allows you write and save notes but this has certainly taken steroids. It stores all of your notes in one place, auto-saves, multi-formats, search and retrieval functions, allows you to group notes into categories (not folders), and allows you to secure info (if you choose). Save paper and use the free 30-day trial.
