Apple quietly releases 1.0.2 update for iPod
On Saturday, Apple released the 1.0.2 version updates for both the iPod classic and 3rd Gen iPod Nano. This new update mainly addresses the bug problems. However, after the update was put to the test by MacNN, they discovered that the new update also enhances the cover flow interface and performance.
Additionally, the update adds another “Ask” option to the TV output category that lets you turn on TV out mode when iPod is connected to an authorized video capable device. The last part of the update is a better calendar and contact syncing.
If you have either the iPod Classic or 3rd Gen Nano, then you can get this update by opening iTunes and choosing the “Check for Update” option.
