You’ve painted yourself in the corner with this post… Just look a the following quote:
“For now, Playstation 3 owners, along with anyone else who owns a Sony product, should pay special attention to the actions that their company takes within this year.”
So when you buy something from company X, it becomes YOUR company?? I think this particular sentence is betraying you and the message you clumsily try to get through… And I’m not even talking about the unfounded extrapolations you make in the rest of the post…
on January 7, 2009 at 11:31 AM - LINKThe only reason Microsoft has sold more 360s is because people buy their children the cheaper consoles such as the wii and 360, not because they are any better. Im sure more than half of the 360 sales are the second 360s or even third that people are forced to buy when their hardware fails miserably.
on January 7, 2009 at 12:43 PM - LINKi agree prob 30-40% are resales my friend is on his 3rd system 9th RROD do the math with a 30% failure rate i’m sure ppl have bought more then 1 (btw hacked 360’s dont RROD as much so look into that)
on January 7, 2009 at 01:37 PM - LINKmy crapbox 360 had 4 rrod’s,felt like is was being jacked cuz i bought the wireless head set that everyone on-line complained about cuz of the buzzing noise it made so i finally sold that crap and bought a ps3,never have had 1 single issue with my ps3.point is never going back 2 that carpbox 360 ever!!!!!! if the ps3 fails ill never play video games again!!!!!
on January 7, 2009 at 01:45 PM - LINKWorst, baseless, article I have ever read. Period. I think my IQ dropped 100 points after seeing this.
Site should be called GamerFail and the authors mother should be publicly stoned.
on January 7, 2009 at 04:00 PM - LINKThese articles are really getting friggin old. Playstation is not going anywhere, if anything, it’s growing faster in feature set than the fixbox ever did or will. All the fixbox fanboys are just jealous Microcrap didn’t include a Blu-Ray player, Hard Drive or WIFI as standard equipment.

Huh, I didn’t know that owning a Playstation 3 makes you a part owner of Sony. It turns out that if you bought a PS3 Sony still isn’t your company. Instead of worrying about what happens to Sony so much you should just continue to enjoy your console. Even if Sony folds on the gaming market you’ll still have access to a large library of great games, and you’ll have the Blu Ray player.
on January 7, 2009 at 07:57 PM - LINKIs it just me or is eveybody getting tired of these articles popping up suggesting PS3 is going “Game Over”, sheesh its getting old. Its not just this article, I am seeing a number popping up, even though everybody knows the PS3 has not lost its ground and sales are occurring according to schedule. What a waste of a website space.
