You know a company is hurting when, on the inside of one of its print adverts, an executive for the company is essentially begging for your business.
In a half-page segment printed to look like a lovely letter sent just to you from Circuit City Stores, Inc.‘s Vice Chairman, Jim Marcum, the company admits that it “lost sight of what is important - you, our customers,” and promises a “much better store experience” and that you “can continue to shop with confidence.” It also goes on to promise that “[r]eturns and exchanges will be done quickly and easily and gift cards and Circuit-City-branded credit cards will be honored at more than 500 locations nationwide.” You can check out the full letter in the Photo Gallery.
On to the game deals. The prices in this advert are effective December 7 through December 13, 2008.
