Samsung’s Juke is cute
Initial impressions of the Samsung Juke from Verizon are very favorable. Or should that be flavorable as the music phone is hardly any bigger than a stick of gum, and is available in a number of colors - metallic navy, teal and red. Costing $99 it has 2GB of internal memory and a USB connection for importing your tunes and should be available later this month. Although slightly ‘thick’ it does manage to pack in a number of useful features:
- GPS with VZ Navigator
- VGA camera with “Nightshot”
- Built-in speaker
- Bluetooth stereo output

Verizon is clearly being extremely proactive in trying to get some dollars from the Apple iphone crowd. The company saw just how popular the iphone is. I wrote about this today on my blog as well:
