World’s smallest camera belongs to Misumi

Taiwanese company Misumi claims it has created the world’s smallest camera. The cylinder shaped camera, the , measures out at just 4.4mm in diameter and just 15mm in length.

This camera sports the smallest CMOS color chip measuring in at 1/18” and can take 320x240 pixel QVGA pictures. The camera is attached to a wire, that is quite flexible, to ensure that you will never misplace it and to facilitate taking pictures. Additionally, the camera comes with two different lenses, one with 55 degree field of vision, while the other lens features 105 degrees.
