Don Herbert “Mr. Wizard” passes away from cancer

Don Herbert “Mr. Wizard” passed away due to cancer at the age of 89. A favorite show for many that initially ran from 1951-1964 and was later revived during the 1970’s and 1980’s on Nickelodeon. Mr. Wizard ran back when it was OK to actually encourage you to try stuff at home. Each week Don Herbert showed us how to do experiments using common household items. He will be missed.
