Gadgetell Giveaway: a 4 GB iPod and Chocolates for Mom
Ahh the month of May. The rain begins to let up, the flowers start to bloom, the weather warms up, you are either getting closer to the end of school or dreading being in the office for the summer, weekend trips, and Memorial Day, what could get better? Nothing will ever be good for you if you forget to get your mother a well deserved Mother’s Day present (now only 5 days away). If you are like us, you tend to buy a present at the last minute, and often have to order it so it ends up coming in late—though you save the day with flowers as a placeholder—so why break the streak this year. So what are we suggesting/giving away? We will do our best to get this to you by Saturday but there is always the possibility that it does not arrive until Monday—so make sure to pick-up flowers for Sunday.

my mom is the best because she is always there for her family. She will be 80 this year and is still very much the one we look up to.

There is NO girly stuff around our house because anything she has ever had we broke playing football in the house or whatever. If I win this for her I promise not to touch it. :-)

Needless to say, if she is that awesome as a grandma she was the best mom, ever!!! She always made sure we had the best music to listen to and I’d love to do the same for her by winning her this Ipod. :D

Mom always gave 150% percent of herself and was always there when we needed her most, even when we didn’t know we needed her.

She takes my husband’s nieces and nephews, and my half-brothers (not related to her at all) with my son on “adventures.” They’ve gone on helicopter rides, the scariest roller coasters on the east coast, horseback riding, hiking, camping, and even the occasional strawberry picking. She’s a born a mom, and she would buy an iPOD for every kid on the block before she would ever think to get one for herself. She’s one in a million!

She not only spends countless hours serving our community, she has encouraged all her kids to take a talent or interest they have and develop a project with it that would serve our community. (my project website is listed above) She truly lives her life for others and is the only truly happy person I have ever known.

She has always been there for all of her children, and for anyone else that has needed her. My mom is loving, caring and kind. My mom is the best, for all these reasons, and so many more.
Mom is always giving and never taking or doing for herself...she gives her time when shes exhausted and if its between us and her she will always pick a want for us over a need for her

She also runs a chauffer service, shopping service, driving school and cleaning service. She handles a full service restaurant catering to the eclectic tastes of seven very different individuals. She’s a mentor and a magnificent mother.
